The King Library Press, founded in 1956, is devoted to the tradition of fine printing and produces books and broadsides. Typesetting, printing, and binding are all done at the Press and there are opportunities for apprentices. The Press is located in the King Library at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Join us for a day of live demonstrations, free snacks, and handmade book art!

The King Library Press Wayzgoose (Open House) will take place Thursday, September 29, 10 am – 2 pm at the King Library Press in the M.I. King Building's Special Collections Research Center.

Contributions to the King Library Press Fund and Hammer International Book Arts Biennale Fund are always welcome.
