Courageous Conversations on Campus with CELT
Date: Wednesday September 27
Time: 3:00 – 4:30 pm
Location: Niles Gallery, Lucille Little Fine Arts Library

This workshop is well-suited for faculty, part-time instructors and administrative staff seeking introductory language for and approaches to addressing race and racial conflict in the classroom. Participants should expect the conversation to be contextualized within the concerns most pressing at the University of Kentucky. By registering for the event, attendees agree to receive pre-workshop materials from the facilitators, including a short supplemental article to help frame the conversation. Completing the reading in advance of the workshop is not a requirement for attendance, but is strongly encouraged.
