Mission

The mission of the Center for Telehealth Education, Research, and Outreach (CTERO) is to serve the Commonwealth of Kentucky and beyond by providing access to a multidisciplinary program of care and rehabilitation to improve health outcomes across the lifespan through increased access to education, prevention, and treatment delivered by highly qualified providers with the use of a telehealth service delivery model.

CTERO will be a telehealth leader, serving as a resource where clinicians, scientists, educators, students, patients, and communities work together to improve health, wellness, and quality of life.
