Anthony C. Ogden, Ph.D. earned his bachelor’s degree from Berea College and then later studied at the School for International Training (SIT) where he earned his master’s degree in International and Intercultural Management (MIIM). Ogden completed his Ph.D. at The Pennsylvania State University in Educational Theory and Policy with a dual title in Comparative and International Education.
A career international educator, Ogden has been an active member of NAFSA: Association of International Educators, the Forum on Education Abroad, the Association of International Education Administrators, to name a few. He is also on various national boards, including the Fund for Education Abroad and the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP).
In addition to serving as director of Education Abroad, Ogden is a faculty member in the College of Education, where he teaches courses on international education policy and practice within the Department of Education Policy and Evaluation. Ogden’s research interests are in education abroad outcomes assessment.
Ogden has been with UK since August 2010.
