Kroger to Offer Free Shuttle to Chinoe Location

The Euclid Avenue Kroger store closed on Saturday, March 15, for demolition and new construction. While the Euclid store is closed, Kroger will offer free daily round-trip shuttle service to its Chinoe Road location. The shuttle will operate hourly from noon to 7 p.m.

The Kroger shuttle will pick up customers at two locations, both of which are Lextran bus stops. The shuttle will stop on Euclid Avenue, across from the Euclid Avenue Kroger at each hour, on the hour. The shuttle will then stop in front of the Singletary Center for the Arts at the corner of Avenue of Champions and Rose Street at four minutes after the hour. From here, the shuttle will travel to the Chinoe Kroger.

The last drop-off will be at approximately 7:56 p.m. on Euclid Avenue and at 8 p.m. at Avenue of Champions and Rose Street.

The shuttle buses have Kroger logos on each side.

The new Kroger store on Euclid is expected to open by the end of 2014.
