The policies governing the University of Kentucky Retirement Plan are set forth in this administrative regulation and in the respective plan documents. The Board of Trustees has authorized two retirement plan carriers to provide retirement plan administrative services for University of Kentucky employees: Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association/College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF) and Fidelity Investment Tax-Exempt Services Company (Fidelity).
