Official Regulation Template

The University of Kentucky has established a standard regulation document template(s) and review process to facilitate consistency, clarity, conciseness, understanding, access and compliance with university regulations. The official record of a university regulation is presented in a standard format or "template" to facilitate consistency, clarity, and conciseness. The Governing Regulations, Administrative Regulations, Human Resources Policy and Procedure Administrative Regulations, and Business Policies and Procedures, may each have a unique template.

The Regulation Review Committee and the Office of Legal Counsel are responsible for managing this standard document template and process, and in assisting others to engage them effectively.
