Faculty and Desk Attendants, please remember that our preferred method of contact for patron copier/printer issues is our "Request Service" form (pay-for-print copiers/printers only) and all other inquires or feedback should be submitted by email.
In regards to faculty/departmental printers (the ones in faculty locations, faculty offices or behind desk attendant areas), you will need to contact Managed Print Services for any inquires (e.g. "What do we do with used toner cartridges?") or comments.
