NEW BILL REVIEW REPORTS
Notice for Recharge Business Services Customers
Pinnacle and UKIT developed two new reports to replace the former interactive reports that were lost after our Pinnacle upgrade. These reports have the same functionality as the former interactive reports.
The report named “Department Charges” is for the customers with Department Manager role access and can provide visibility to multiple departments and multiple months billing data.
The other report is called “Account Charges” and is for people with Account Manager role access. This report can provide visibility to multiple accounts and multiple months billing data.
