To transfer your phone to a personal plan, call AT&T National Business Ordering at 1-888-444-4410. Select Option 2, then 5 to get to a Customer Service Representative.
(Transfers cannot be completed at the AT&T retail store or by the Regional Account Executive, or through the website. You must call National Business Ordering.)
