Controlling
The Controlling module in IRIS-Financials provides information for management decision-making. It facilitates coordination, monitoring, and optimization of all processes.
Along with documenting actual events, CO supports planning. Variances can be determined by comparing actual data with plan data. These variance calculations allow the control of business flows.
