UKAT teams supporting the myUK portal are aware of end user experience issues related to logon and functionality in the portal after the system upgrade. Team members are working on a resolution. Support teams will communicate updates, as more information is available. If you experience problems, please report them to the Service Desk at 218-HELP. Following the myUK portal upgrade, users should clear their browser cache and connect directly to https://myuk.uky.edu/irj/portal.

Password Policy Update September, 26th 2013

UKAT Team members will be rolling out an updated default password, effective 8:00 AM Thursday September 26th. The new default password will be u$ + ‹last 6 of UKID number› + blue
for example: u$123456blue
