Scheduled SAP Outage

A scheduled outage will affect the SAP backend systems during the Daylight Saving Time fallback between 1:30am EDT and 2:30am EST on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Individuals will be unable to complete functions such as reviewing paystubs, submitting absence reports, reviewing grades, paying tuition, and accessing the Advising Hub during the outage. To report issues outside the outage timeframe contact the UKAT Service Desk at 859-218-4357.

New Versions of Adobe Products Available on for Departmental and Staff Use

The new Creative Cloud versions of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Bridge and Media Encoder are now available for University of Kentucky departments & staff to download from Currently these are the only products from the new Creative Cloud offering that are available to use per the contract agreement with Adobe. UK Analytics and Technologies (UKAT) and Adobe are reviewing options to bring additional Creative Cloud applications into the contract agreement. Additional information regarding the Creative Cloud suite will be provided as discussion with Adobe progresses.

Password Policy Update September, 26th 2013
