Link-Blue Account Password Request Form

For a password reset, the following information is required:

Full Name
UKID Number
Birthdate
Home Address (address on file with MyUK)

Your request will be processed as soon as possible. For an more immediate password reset, click the "forgot password" from the Link-Blue Account Manager or call the Service Desk at 859-218-4357 (HELP).

UK Google or Live Accounts: If you need to reset your password for your UK Google or UK Live account, you will need to log into Link-Blue Account Manager and click "change" next to the "UK Google Apps Education Edition" or "UK Microsoft Live@edu"
