Someone Else's Dreams

Someone Else's Dream is a hybrid video and sound-based art project centered on anonymous dream monologues collected from the public. Stripped of authorship and context, these dreams are read aloud in a sparse, darkened setting, allowing language, voice, and presence to carry the emotional weight of each narrative. The work explores dreams as shared psychic material, intimate yet collective, hovering between memory, fiction, and confession. Filmed with minimal gesture and theatrical restraint, each reading becomes an act of listening as much as speaking. The project invites viewers into a quiet encounter with the unconscious, where private interior worlds briefly surface, resonate, and dissolve.
