Do you have a desire to work at the intersection of business and healthcare, with an emphasis on providing high quality leadership to healthcare organizations? Our Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Leadership and Management (CLM) will help you become a competent, effective leader working to enact change in health care management and beyond. CLM students develop fundamental knowledge, values, and skills necessary to lead with cultural humility and promote compassionate, efficient, services to improve health care outcomes, patient experiences, and quality of life for every patient. Our graduates are positioned to move into entry-level management positions of health care organizations directing, planning, and coordinating health services in hospitals, clinics, managed care, and nonprofit agencies or to pursue graduate education.

Our mission is to provide graduates with the expertise to meet the health needs of Kentucky and beyond as future healthcare administrators. We strive to develop:
