If you have question or problem while taking the test (e.g. you cannot submit an answer; the test will not load properly), please try the following solutions:

  1. Make sure your computer satisfies the minimum requirements to take the test. Look at the table under the "All other Higher Education course products" section at http://www.aleks.com/support/system_requirements.

  2. Go to troubleshooting page: http://www.aleks.com/support/troubleshooting.

  3. Browse ALEKS Test FAQs at http://www.aleks.com/faqs.

If this still does not resolve your problem, fill out the support form at http://support.aleks.com/assess_placement to have an ALEKS support staff member contact you. Or contact the ALEKS support staff directly at: (714) 619-7090 and ask for the “placement department.”
