Our lab is located at 169 C.E. Barnhart Building [Directions]. The lab is equipped/shared with the following sample prep, chemistry, microbiology, and analytical equipment in our core food and bioprocessing research facilities at the Department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY.
