Event concludes at 1:30.
The Smart Campus Initiative and CELT are hosting a series of talks by faculty and instructors who have leveraged iPads in their teaching in innovative, effective, and impactful ways that can inspire adaptation across the curriculum in a range of learning environments to enhance student learning. The speakers will discuss what they have done to re-envision their courses and assignments, talk through ideas that did and didn’t work, and provide insight as to how they navigated challenges along the way.
Please join Nicole Garritano, DNP, APRN, CPNP-AC, Associate Professor in the College of Nursing and Apple Distinguished Educator as she shares how leveraging the iPad and its capabilities has impacted her life both professionally and personally. Dr. Garritano will discuss her best practices, pedagogical ideas, and offer advice to navigate challenges you might encounter as you think about transforming your curriculum.
