Protect. Respect. Do your part. Daily Screening
Members of the UK community who have not been vaccinated will be required to respond to the daily screener.
Those who have been vaccinated no longer are required to complete the university’s daily screener.
If vaccinated individuals are still receiving reminders to complete the screener, it is possible that we do not have their vaccination documentation on file. Upload that information here, via our self-report tool.
All faculty, staff and students who are on campus and have not been vaccinated must do a daily self-assessment for possible symptoms 7 days a week. UK will provide and require a technology-based application for daily symptom checks and self-attestation. Completion of this screening is necessary for students to remain in compliance with university policy.
An email at 6 a.m. every day will be sent directly to your @uky.edu email address. If, by 8 a.m. you have not completed the daily screener, a reminder text/sms will be sent.
Anyone with a positive screen (one or more symptoms) will be instructed to not enter any campus buildings and should contact a health care provider or University Health Service for instructions on viral testing, appropriate quarantine and care.
