UK health insurance plan members who see a UK provider get half off most co-pays (up to $60) when they fill their prescriptions at UK Retail Pharmacies.
UK Retail Pharmacies now have six convenient locations, on campus and off. Two more locations – in the UK Gatton Student Center and at Fountain Court, off Man O’War near Richmond Road – will open in late summer 2022.
And – great news – the pharmacy credit card machines now accept flexible spending account cards, so you can use your FSA without the hassle of submitting receipts.
In addition, UK Retail Pharmacies offer the only 24-hour pharmacy inside New Circle Road (at the Chandler Hospital location), and FREE mail delivery on most prescriptions.
Other services include one-stop UTI testing and treatment for women age 18-64 with a prior history of UTI, and vaccinations for COVID-19, flu, hepatitis A&B, shingles and more. A travel vaccination clinic and other point-of-care services are coming soon.
The UK Specialty Pharmacy provides personalized pharmacy services including insurance navigation, help obtaining financial assistance, and proactive refill management. The UK Specialty Pharmacy is the first specialty pharmacy in the United States to be accredited in the management of Rare and Orphan Disease States.
