This four-week in-person class is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation. It is an experiential class designed to help you tune into your body by learning two to three skills per week for dealing with stress.

Each hour-long class focuses on a specific set of skills (belly breathing, meditating, guided imagery) to practice during the class and the week following it.
