Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week series
UK Health and Wellness offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs at deeply discounted rates for UK employees, retirees, spouses and adult-sponsored dependents. MBSR will help you with managing stress-related chronic conditions, relaxing your body, quieting your mind and opening your heart. It will give you the tools to improve mindfulness day-to-day.
