Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) helps people manage both daily stress and stress of chronic conditions, both physical and emotional. We welcome anyone interested in reducing stress or building resilliancy to join us. No previous MBSR or mind-body practice experience is required. MBSR is offered to UK employees at a greatly-reduced rate. Both 8-week programs and workshops are offered throughout the year.
