Duo is experiencing issues across their customer base, affecting Two-Factor Log-In at the University of Kentucky (UK). Customers may experience intermittent delivery delay issues with some SMS text messages when using Two-Factor Log-In authentication.

University Email and Cloud Apps

The University of Kentucky supports email and cloud storage in Office 365 and Google Apps for Education. All Faculty, Staff and Students automatically receive an Office 365 account to use Office Online or to install the Microsoft Office suite on your device. You may also use Office 365 for your University Email Account. Faculty, Staff and Students may also activate a Google Apps for Education (Gmail) account.

*Note: Dentistry, Nursing and Medical students (most students on MC domain) are required to use Office 365 email. Office 365 accounts are set up for Medical Center students and emails will be sent to that mailbox when they are not sent to your University Email Address (UEA).
