Extended Roll-Out of Two-Factor Log-In to Microsoft 365

In the spirit of October being National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, University of Kentucky Information Technology Services (ITS) would like to inform all students, faculty and staff of an extended roll-out of Two-Factor Log-In to Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) products.


At 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, Two-Factor Log-In will be required for logging in to all Microsoft 365 products, which include, but are not limited to: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc.


Keeping personal data safe is a top priority at UK and this implementation is to further enhance the cybersecurity posture for the UK community.
