This space is curated for Women of Color (WOC) to be empowered and inspired, and this year we are excited to create a space where women of color are will be asked to self-reflect as they look towards their goals in the present and the future.
The Sister Circle Forum will be a two-day forum with a networking event on the evening of February 24th for young and experienced professional Women of Color. Through interactive workshops, presentations, activities, and dynamic keynote addresses, conference attendees will engage in critical conversations surrounding professional development, education, and career planning, examine the legacy, and present state of support between different groups of women in communities of color.

1. Glow Up!
When we find our groove, our self-confidence comes into alignment. We begin to glow up simultaneously learning and growing into our own persons. We see women during this time, taking more strategic risks, basking in their confidence, fostering relationships, and taking charge of their own development. & healing.
2. Grow Up!
As life comes in cycles, we are always looking at ways to learn new things and grow as women of color. This sub-theme looks into ways that we as women of color level up all aspects of adulting.
3. Show Up!
Our glow & our growth aren't solely for our own benefit. This theme explores how women of color serve their communities, engage in community activism, emerge as entrepreneurs, and create action as advocates, allies, and accomplices.
