Melissa Czarapata completed her BSN from Morehead State University in 1999 and completed a Masters in Nursing in 2013 from Albany State University becoming certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In May of 2016 she completed a post Masters Certificate at the University of Kentucky and earned certification as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She continued her educational goals at the University of Kentucky completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Executive Nursing Leadership in May 2019. She works full time as a nurse practitioner in ambulatory cardiology with an emphasis on electrophysiology and serves as the advanced practice provider supervisor for ambulatory cardiology.
