The Patterson School is proud to welcome the incoming class of Fall 2019, the 60th cohort in the history of the Patterson School. The “60” will spend the next eighteen months preparing for their careers by training in diplomacy, history, and analysis.

On November 3-4, Patterson School students assumed the roles of regional diplomats in the Strategic Negotiation Exercise.  The Exercise simulated a multilateral diplomatic negotiation involving seven teams associated with the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Students had the opportunity to visit the Turkish Ambassador's Residence in Washington, D.C. 

This year Patterson celebrates sixty years of leading an exceptional program. Our founding director, Amry Vandenbosch is on the left, and three recent directors, Amb. Carey Cavanaugh, Dr. Kathleen Montgomery and Dr. Mike Desch stand together on the right.
