Welcome to Presentation U!
Presentation U! is the University of Kentucky’s centralized speaking and writing center. We support UK’s efforts to graduate competent communicators by providing services to undergraduate students, graduate students, staff, and faculty. We strive to support student success in the classroom and beyond by fostering self-directed learning and the development of professional skills including interpersonal communication, team-based skills, visual literacy, and excellence in writing.
Faculty across campus can apply to be a Faculty Fellow. The Presentation U! team will work with faculty fellows (in workshops, small groups mentoring, and individual consultations) to develop multimodal communication instructional modules, assignments, grading rubrics, and assessment methods they can integrate into their courses. In addition to Faculty Fellows, any instructor can request a workshop be delivered in their classroom. Please visit our Workshop Request page for more information.
Graduate Students can receive peer tutoring delivered by trained Masters and Doctoral students for their papers, presentations, or visual/digital projects. Visit our Graduate Student Support page for complete details to make an appointment.
