When a new group or division is accepted into the Digital Signage Initiative, it will be added to a resource group facilitated by the digital signage team. The digital signage team will be there to answer questions, provide content, send reminders, and anything else that is needed to help you display content.
RMG Technical support is the first line of support for any issues experienced with the RMG Media Players and for Korbyt. Technical support will work directly with the Channel Advisor or Network Integrator to address any issues by remotely accessing the system and analyzing log files as well as using various debugging utilities to get to the root issue of any problem. If required, RMG technical support will escalate any issues that they are unable to resolve internally to RMG’s escalation department until a resolution is reached.
