Muscle of the Month- April 12th & 21st, 5-7pm @ the Johnson Center

Come learn about a variety of muscle groups once a month!  Test your knowledge and strength with our Personal Trainers in our Muscle of the Month Challenges!  March's muscle is Chest with the Muscle Challenge -Wall Sit!  Registration is limited to 60 participants and will be held on site!   All participants will recieve a T-shirt for participating!  

 

Dance Mash Up- April 28th, 6:30-7:30pm @ the Johnson Center 

 

In Person & Virtual Group Fitness Classes

Take part in more than 90 classes weekly In-Person or Virtually in a variet of formats designed to challenge you and push you to your limits!
