Muscle of the Month- October 20th- 7pm- Johnson Center Track

Come learn about the lower body muscle groups on October 20th from 3-5pm at the Johnson Center!  Test your knowledge and strength with our Personal Trainers in our Muscle of the Month Challenges! 

 

Monster Mash Zumba- October 28th - 6pm - Alumni Gym Group Fitness Studios 

Call all Ghosts and Ghouls for this Halloween themed Zumba class!  Wear your favorite Halloween Costume and your dancing shoes to this monster mash!  Get ready for the heads to roll! 

 

Group Fitness Halloween Costume Contest- October 27th - 29th 

Attend any Group Fitness class in your favorite Halloween Costume (must be appropriate exercise attire and have closed- toed shoes). Post a picture and tag us on Instragram to have a chance at winning some UK Fitness Swag!!
