Summary

This Administrative Regulation establishes the Equal Opportunity Committee, which provides advice on all University-wide matters of equal opportunity. The Equal Opportunity Committee nurtures an environment free of discrimination and inequity in accordance with University of Kentucky Governing and Administrative Regulations, UK Strategic Plan, and federal and state equal opportunity statutes.
