This regulation establishes the methods and standards for appropriately naming University properties. The purpose of this regulation is to: aid the President and the Board of Trustees in selecting suitable names; encourage participation in the naming process by the University community, faculty, staff, alumni, trustees, and friends; set forth the guidelines for naming University property; and establish the Advisory Committee on Naming University Property.
