You will need to publish your video on
Vimeo then provide the URL to the
video during submission.
Only one submission per entrant (need to provide email address, UKID # and link
blue ID).
Only one entrant listed per submission. This is the entrant who will receive the
scholarship. Others may be involved in the making of the video. However, only one
person will be awarded the scholarship for the submission.
Video must be no more than 3 minutes in length.
Scholarship is for the 2019-20 academic year at the University of Kentucky.
Video is to prominently feature or be based on the given theme. (This year's
theme: "Looking Forward to the Campus of the Future")
Video must feature 3D Printing with Ricoh at the Pence Hall MakerSpace.

Signed releases need to be obtained for all persons used in the video.
Once submitted, Ricoh will be granted a license to use the content of the video on
their web sites, advertising and in presentations.
Submitter must be an enrolled, full-time UK student during the Fall 2019
semester.
A selection of films, including the winner chosen will be shown Dec. 6 @ 6PM-6:30PM
in the Gatton Student Center Worsham Theater. The Audience Choice will be picked
during the Dec. 6th presentation.
Judging
Videos will be judged on the following criteria:
Adherence to the given theme and features 3D printing with Ricoh MakerSpace
Quality of video
Creativity with given theme
Awards
3 finalists will be chosen by a selection committee
1 video will be selected as the Audience Choice Winner
There will be 4 winning videos chosen (gifted through the scholarship office)

Notification will be sent to each finalist at the email address supplied during
submission
Acceptance of the award must be made in a response to the notification by
December 13, 2019. If acceptance response is not
made by then, an alternate finalist will be chosen to receive the scholarship
