By lasu224 · June 29, 2020

2019-2020 employee parking permits will expire on Tuesday, June 30. New permits must be displayed no later than Wednesday, July 1.

Employees who need to purchase an employee intermediate (E) or periphery (EK) permit can do so online, by phone or in person. If purchasing online, please log in to your customer account at www.uky.edu/transportation. If you prefer to renew by phone, call our office at 859-257-5757. You can also visit our customer service center, located at 721 Press Avenue, to purchase your permit in person.

Regular office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office will be closed this Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
Permits purchased by phone or online can be picked up at our convenient express window. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
In addition, all outstanding parking citations must be paid before a permit application will be processed. Citations may be paid online, in person or over the phone.
Employee permits are available at the same cost as last year, with no fee increase. In addition, employees can now once again opt to have their parking permit fees deducted on a pre-tax basis, resulting in further savings.
Veteran’s Administration (E-VA), BCTC and UK employees seeking an ADA permit may call our office at 859-257-5757 to renew their permit. Online renewal is not currently an option for VA, BCTC and ADA permits.
