Whether you're visiting the University for a couple of minutes, an hour, or an entire day, we hope that your stay will be a pleasant one. When visiting the campus, it's always helpful to spend a few minutes exploring your transportation and parking options.
Because UK is located in an urban environment, we have a multitude of transportation possibilities, including on-campus bus routes that allow you to reach any part of the University easily. Biking to a meeting? UK is a gold-level bicycle friendly university and has bike racks outside almost every building on campus.
UK also has an array of parking possibilities, which includes meters, garages and surface lots. Depending upon the length of your visit, you may choose to park short-term at a meter or in a parking structure. Alternately, you may want to purchase a single-day permit, which is a great low-cost option for those who plan on a longer visit. If you're visiting a patient at any of the UK HealthCare facilities, you'll be able to park in one of the UK HealthCare parking structures.
