Ms. Elaine A. Wilson obtained her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.

In Oakwood, Somerset KY, Wilson was the Associate Facility Director and the Director of Social Work Services.

Wilson is a member of the Somerset Independent Schools Board of Education; Board member of the Hospice of Lake Cumberland; past President of the Lake Cumberland Club of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association.

She is a past member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Kentucky; past member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Kentucky; past President of the United Way of South Central Kentucky; member of the National Association of Social Workers; and, member of the American Association of Mental Retardation.
