"Can't Access Your Account?" Link Created

In response to issues with activating and accessing link blue accounts, a “Can’t Access Your Account” link was added to most webpages requiring link blue login. This link directs to the Account Manager to assist with activating accounts, changing passwords, modifying mail accounts and resetting forgotten passwords.
The following login pages have the “Can’t Access Your Account” link:
• Service Now
• MyUK Portal
• Adobe Connect
• Account Manager
