Advisory Committee for Graduation Composition and Communication Requirement
To change the Graduation Composition and Communication Requirement (GCCR) for any undergraduate degree program, please use this form: DOCX
After approval by the department and college, the college dean's office will send the proposal to the Undergraduate Council coordinator, Joanie Ett-Mims, who will submit it to the Advisory Committee for GCCR (a permanent subcommittee of the Undergraduate Council). After review by the Advisory Committee for GCCR, the proposal will be reviewed by the Undergraduate Council. Ms. Ett-Mims will then send the proposal to the Senate Council office. The GCCR program change will be posted on a University Senate web transmittal for 10 days, after which it will likely be "approved by lack of objection." The contact person listed on the form will be alerted when the proposal has received final approval from the Senate.
