Please print, complete and return the application and rental agreement to the UK Undergraduate Housing Assignment Office. This can be done by mail to UK Campus Housing / 125 Funkhouser Bldg. / Lexington, KY 4056-0054 or by fax to 859-257-6453 or by scanning the completed application and emailing it to ukhousing@email.uky.edu.
To apply to live in one of UK Campus Housing's Living-Learning Communities, after having sent a completed Campus Housing application, please visit the Student Affairs Website.
