First year students are not assigned to this facility. Residents are expected to maintain the terms of the rental agreement and the regulations stated in the Code of Student Conduct: Rules, Procedures, Rights and Responsibilities. Each two-bedroom apartment is shared by two undergraduates of the same gender or graduate and family apartment housing residents. Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Students access the Internet through a modem in their apartment. The standard 60 basic television channels are included.
Living/Dining room furnished with a sofa, two lounge chairs, one end table, one dining table and four chairs. Each of the bedrooms in the apartment contains one twin bed, one desk with chair, night stand, mirror and a chest. Ceiling lights are provided in each room. Desk lamps are not provided. Windows are covered with vertical or horizontal blinds. Drapes are not provided or recommended. Kitchen contains a standard-size range and refrigerator.
