Faculty Media Depot

The Faculty Media Depot, anticipated to open September 2014, is a technology and media center on the main floor of the King Science Library where instructors can record and develop learning materials for their courses. The area contains two studios: one for recording audio with screen capture, and the other for multi-camera video productions that can be recorded or streamed live. A general workspace is also included for faculty to create and edit content, while an adjacent area is designed for 1-on-1 consulting with Office of eLearning staff and UKAT Scholars. A viewing area allows for small groups to meet and review learning materials developed in the Faculty Media Depot. Faculty are welcome to stop by for assistance, but those wishing to book time in the studios or viewing area are encourage to make a reservation by contacting us.
