Hardbound Books

Unwanted hardbound books, although made up of paper, cannot be recycled in the general recycling container. UK Recycling is able to accept hardbound books for recycling, in a separate container.

The following items can be placed in the hardbound book container:

• Hardbound Books
• Spiral bound notebooks
• FULL 3-ring binders

For an office clean out or a large amount of books, please complete a container request form to receive a hardbound book container free of charge.

If you have a small amount of books, please complete our service request form, and UK Recycling will collect those books for recycling.
