Campus Housing

Undergraduate Housing

Undergraduate Housing provides on campus housing for traditional undergraduate students in 22 residence halls and one apartment complex (the Greg Page Undergraduate Apartments are reserved for UK upperclassmen and BCTC Students). Most rooms are doubles so you can expect to have a roommate. A small number of single (private), triple (3 students) and quadruple (4 students) rooms are also available. Undergraduate Housing is available during the academic year and is billed each semester through Student Billings with your tuition and fees. Housing during summer school is also offered. Undergraduate and graduate students who are unmarried and wish to live in the residence halls may apply for Undergraduate Housing.

Graduate and Family Housing

Graduate and Family Housing provides apartments for graduate students, students with families, non-traditional students, and others affiliated with the University. Their rates are per apartment and are charged on a monthly basis. Roommates are not assigned although single graduate students may have one single graduate student roommate of their choice. Single graduate students, students with families, non-traditional undergraduates, post-doctoral scholars, visiting scholars, and others affiliated with the University may apply for Graduate and Family Housing.

Summer Conference Housing

The University of Kentucky offers Summer Conference Housing for dozens of student academic and athletic camps and professional development conferences. Most groups are sponsored and hosted by University affiliated departments and organizations. These diverse groups are from the state, national, and international communities. Accommodations for Summer Conference Housing are in our air-conditioned residence halls that are unoccupied during the summer break. The Summer Conference season runs from mid-May through the first of August. We invite you to contact us about planning your summer event at the University of Kentucky.
