The Employee Relations Office assists the University community by encouraging a positive work environment and positive working relationships. The Employee Relations Office educates and coaches employees, administrators, managers, and supervisors on a variety of employee relations' issues. The Employee Relations Office promotes mutual respect among a diverse population of the University community and supports proactive intervention.
