Financial Model Implementation

The University of Kentucky is in the process of implementing a new financial budget model, one that reflects and strengthens our shared values and priorities. As a $2.7 billion enterprise, our institution is undoubtedly complex, but our goals are straightforward. We need a budget system that maximizes the ability of colleges, departments and units to make decisions on how best to serve our education, research and service missions.
