A unit of the Office of Associate Provost for FINANCE AND OPERATIONS


The mission of the Office of Resource Management is to carry out the academic space management program, provide oversight of equipment inventory, and assist strategic planning and business operations as they involve capital resources in support of institutional objectives. In the professional execution of these responsibilities, this office holds high the values of customer service and good stewardship.

Major Equipment Purchase:
This form (pdf) is necessary for an equipment purchase that is $200,000 or more and the University does not have state authority.  The completed form, along with a copy of the equipment quote, shall be sent to the Provost Office of Resource Management for processing.
