Tekrony Graduate Student Travel
Fellowship in Seed Biology Awards
(http://pss.ca.uky.edu/selection-criteria-awards) in the amount of $1,400. The Tekrony awards were created to support graduate students working on seed biology for travel to scientific meetings. Tajbir will use this funding to attend the ASA, CSSA, & SSSA International Annual Meeting in November 2021 (https://www.acsmeetings.org/), where he will be presenting the results of his work on the effect of DNA demethylation on soybean seed composition. Congratulations to Tajbir on his award!
