New Housing Development

Project Description

The new housing development projects provide new housing to enhance the learning experience for students at the University of Kentucky. The multi-phased projects are replacing much of the existing student housing located across campus with modern state of the art facilities.

 

The Phase 1 project provided undergraduate honors housing located on south campus as follows:

Phase 3 will be the last phase of the housing development partnership between the University of Kentucky and Education Realty Trust and is scheduled to be occupied in the fall of 2017. It is currently in early planning stages with the exact location and number of beds still to be determined.
