What is eT&D?
The University of Kentucky is pleased to offer UK employees and students eT&D, a free online training and development self-paced, e-learning solution. eT&D offers learning programs using a broad collection of e-Learning, e-Reference, and blended learning solutions to further personal and professional knowledge.

What Does eT&D Offer?
The Desktop Skills Course Collections offers training material available on all Microsoft Office applications, Adobe applications, SAP, Lotus Notes, and more.
The IT Skills course Collections offers training material for ITIL (best practices), Operating Systems, Server, Internet and Network technologies, Project Management, SharePoint, and more.
eT&D also contains a vast library, completely searchable to find exactly what you need to know.
How Do I Begin?
All set? Great! Click one of the links below to get started. If you aren't already logged into myUK, you'll be prompted to do so before you can continue. Once you are logged in, you'll automatically be redirected to eT&D.

A few things you might need to know:
- You login with your myUK/Link Blue ID. If you are already signed in to myUK, you will access eT&D directly; otherwise you will first login using the myUK portal and will then be automatically directed to eT&D content.
- First time login assigns content and logs in.
- Subsequent logins allow you to see all content previously assigned. If you click the IT Skills login button, you will see content for all skills areas previously requested.
- If you have a subscription to the Business Skills collection, please login using either the Desktop or IT Skills button. You will have access to the Business Skills catalog (currently full) and other content too.
The browser and computer settings test will indicate whether or not the content will display successfully. If you are having difficulty, pop-up blockers, browser security settings, and outdated Java settings are usually to blame and can be easily remedied by contacting your IT support department and sharing the results of the browser and computer settings test.
